He began his career in residential property management, where he developed a strong understanding of day to day operations, clear communication, and resolving issues efficiently. That hands on experience continues to shape how he supports his clients today.

His move into commercial property management with Cameron was a natural progression. Gideon works closely with property owners and tenants to understand their priorities, keep communication clear, and manage matters in a straightforward and reliable way. He values responsiveness, transparency, and building strong working relationships, helping clients feel informed and supported at every stage.

Outside of work, Gideon is a dedicated family man and enjoys being actively involved in his children’s school community.
